Located one lot back from the oceanfront, this quaint “cottage” has been completely remodeled and renovated. You will enjoy the NEW 4 person HOT TUB, hours on the screened porch, or a cozy winter evening in front of the fireplace. The living room is very comfortably furnished with a gas fireplace (available late fall and winter only), 3TVs, DVD, stereo with CD player, and ceiling fan. A separate dining room opens to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and a stack washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and the cutest “little” half bath you have ever seen. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Additional amenities include:high speed wireless internet access, central AC and Heat, a large enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, a wheelchair ramp, charcoal grill, and handicap grab bars. Dogs Welcome. No Smoking, please.
We loved the Sea Dumpling. It was decorated so nice and I loved all the white furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, cozy cottage. With the fire place and hot tub, it makes a quiet, comfortable retreat in the off season.

We loved the Sea Dumpling! We had a wonderful time there and we will be coming back there . It's truly a lovely beach cottage and it's well decorated . It's just like the pictures on your website. Thanks for a life time of wonderful family vacation memories. If you have time some evening go out and look up at the sky , I have never seen so many stars as when we were out there. Colony Realty was also wonderful to deal with . I will be recommending Colony Realty and The Sea Dumpling to my friends .
