Kim A. Montgomery

Kim Montgomery earned a BS degree from the State University of New York and was employed as an insurance claims adjuster before working for ten years at the NC Rate Bureau. Since moving to Hatteras Island in 1999, Kim has worked as a Human Resource Administrator and a Magistrate. Kim’s enjoyment of working with people merged with her affection for Hatteras Island and a career as a Realtor® was born.

Kim believes there is nothing ordinary about Hatteras Island real estate. Settings and views are astounding and prices range from modest to millions. Kim’s goal is to act as your guide on a journey through the complexities ~ and pleasures~ of buying or selling a home in this remarkable community.
