We maintain approximately 50 units (homes, apartments, duplexes) that are available for long-term tenancy. Most units require a one-year lease but some have more flexible terms. Usually, the cost is rent plus utilities. Many are pet-friendly and most are non-smoking units. From frugal to fancy, we may have just what you're looking for.
