COLONY REALTY manages approximately 50 year round rental units (homes, apartments, duplexes). Most units require a one-year lease. However, some have more flexible terms. Rental rate and structure vary per property with most homes requiring the tenant to pay rent plus all utilities. We have many pet friendly homes but most are non-smoking. From frugal to fancy, we may have just what you're looking for.
