One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish & Bluefish!

The fish are biting! Jack and his fishing buddy, John, caught about 20 bluefish yesterday. There were also reports of Red Drum and Cobia being caught as well. Tell me what you have been catching.

A perfect weekend

This weekend was absolutely fabulous. I was in Hatteras village Saturday morning. The fisherman were everywhere. There must have been 30 boat trailers parked....with no boats. Hope everyone caught lots of fish. Then on my way back to Avon, as I passed kite point and the haul over/day use area, it was covered with kiteboarders and windsurfers. What a beautiful sight.



I think everyone had a great weekend. Perfect weather for all! Hope you didn't miss it.

We are very excited about our new website.

It is a beautiful day on Hatteras Island. We went to the beach in Frisco yesterday, ramp 49. The shelling was great!
